Stock market rebounded, Nifty cross 12,350.

New Delhi: The domestic stock market returned on Thursday. Major indices opened strongly in the morning. The BSE Sensex has touched 42,000 for the first time. However, he failed to maintain this level. The indices lost much of their gains due to profit booking. The effect of the signing of the trade deal between the US and China on Wednesday showed the effect of the markets including India on Thursday. Now the eyes of the market are on the budget. In the budget, the government can announce big measures to revive the sluggish economy.

The BSE Sensex gained 60 points or 0.14 per cent to end at 41,933. At the same time, the Nifty 50 index ended the business at 12,356, registering a slight gain of 13 points or 0.09 percent. Midcap index and Smallcap index recorded strong gains of more than three-fourth percent.

Eicher Motors shares jumped up to 4 per cent on the Nifty 50 index. After this, shares of Nestle India, Zee Entertainment, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Unilever, Britannia Industries, Reliance Industries, Power Grid and Yes Bank rose the most.

On the other hand, NTPC shares dived up to 2.5 per cent. After this, the shares of Bharti Infratel, JSW Steel, GAIL (India), Hindalco, Tata Steel, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Bharat Petroleum and Tech Mahindra were the biggest losers.

On Thursday, only the Nifty metal index lost up to 1.25 percent. Apart from this, the index of all sectors went up. The media index jumped more than one percent. Realty index strengthened by three-fourth percent and pharma index by half percent.

Only three stocks reported weakness on the media index. Jagran Prakashan showed a boom of over 5 per cent. Shares of Prestige Estates jumped up to 5.5 per cent on the realty index. Cadila Healthcare won the Pharma Index.

In contrast, shares of just 17 companies, including Agro Fos, Cox & Kings, DQ Entertainment, Future Supply Chain, Global Offshore, JVL Agro Industries, Raj Rayon, Rajveer Industries, Reliance Home Finance and Stampede Capital, slipped to their 52-week lows. .

20 stocks on the Nifty 50 index ended green, while 29 stocks ended the trade with a red mark. The price of one share did not change. The Sensex gained 12 stocks and fell 18 stocks. On the BSE, 1,489 shares closed higher and 1,066 shares softened.
